I thought I was going to have to replace my tyre, and so they found the exact one on short notice. Once they were able to see it in person they determined the tyre could simply be repaired, saving me $400! Great service and team. Thanks!

I am a first time customer after I found the shop on Yelp. The tire sensor kept coming on while I was driving last week and even after I added air to all the tires. I called the shop and I was impressed with the professionalism and great questions they asked about my tire. I made an appointment for the next day. When I got to the shop, they checked the tire, added air and advised that I needed a new one tire. They also checked the sensors and let me know that was an issue. They gave me a quote for the tire and sensors but I told them I could only afford the tire and one sensor. They worked with my budget and gave me a deal for both. I waited in the airing area for an hour then left and came back. The shop was clean and even had a coffee bar. When I came back to pick up my car, there was a wrapped gift with an Oreo cookie and card inside thanking me for making their business pop. That was a nice touch. And I left even more impressed with the service. I highly recommend them.

Like so many paradoxes in life - Costa Auto Care was a wonderful, positive experience in an otherwise terrible time. When the catalytic converter was stolen off of my car in a city I don't live in, I did not know where to turn to. I found Costa on Google Maps, and decided to trust all the other glowing reviews - reviews I was extremely right to trust. Within 2 hours of having my car towed to Costa, they had already inspected my car and given me an estimate of the cost to fix it. During the intervening days, as I waited for my insurance to visit Costa, inspect the car, and process my claim, Andrew from Costa was in regular contact with me daily as to when they could start the repairs and get my car back to me. Ultimately, my insurance declared the car a total loss and we had to scrap it. Even then, immediately after the adjuster came, they reached out to me to schedule a time to collect my belongings from my car before it was towed and salvaged. In the end, I could not recommend them more. Throughout the whole process, they were transparent, empathetic, and efficient, qualities that I am sure extend to all aspects of their business. Every catalytic converter has its silver lining - and for me, that was Costa Auto Care.

I literally happened on them by accident. My car was broken into, door lock and ignition smashed, and I needed to tow it to the nearest Shop. Well, AAA got my car there and that turned out to be the best choice ever! From the get-go, they went through great lengths to work with me and my insurance, they ordered the parts and also did a full check on the car. Full disclosure this is my old 2001 Toyota Corolla, which everybody says I should give up, but I’m so attached to her. And you know what, they treated her like a Princess ride😊 Communication was great every step of the way, their estimate and invoicing is very well clear and easy to approve/disapprove via text. They were easy to reach over the phone as well, very professional yet friendly. Pricing was very reasonable. Above all they came off as transparent and showing good workmanship. My corolla is running better than it’s ever been in a long time so I will be moving all my car repairs to them. Would highly recommend them and will certainly be going back.

These guys are the best. I’ve had them work on my Promaster for since 2017. They’ve done new engine, new transmission, oil changes, check ups, everything. I’ve looked into other places but the drive across the bridge is worth it because of their professionalism, their integrity, honesty, and their sincere desire to take care of you and your vehicle. Well worth the cost. Highly recommend which is hard to find in a shop and mechanics.

Great professional auto service.

This is the first time in my life that I’ve had someone else repair my car. I looked up a number of repair shops online and chose Costa Auto Care and Tire to replace the water pump on my 2013 Ford Escape because I didn’t want to buy/own a special timing tool that I’d only use once. Getting a price quote and scheduling an appointment is fairly easy. Their communication is excellent and happens in real time. I made one phone call, provided my car’s VIN number, and then received the quote link via email. Customers can either decline or approve the quote, and then schedule an appointment to drop off the car for service. The rest of the communication took place via text message to track the progress. Their staff, front desk, owners, and mechanics are friendly. I’m deducting one star because the service took longer than it should have. This shop is quite busy, so please be prepared for the possible delays when your repair is not a simple job.

I had a weird noise coming from my car whenever I was driving on the freeway, and it was starting to worry me. I took my car to Costa Auto Care and Tire, and they fixed the issue completely, the noise is gone now. What I appreciate the most is how trustworthy and reliable they are. I’ve been going to them whenever my car needs repairs, and they always take good care of it. Great service, honest people, and highly recommended!

I got highly recommend by my brother in law Fernando Hernandez. I got a quote for my Dodge Charger 2021 for a 60,000 miles. They responded quickly. The Gentlemen at the front desk very polite. I had to get some work done. I know I got a great deal vs Dealership. Unfortunately my car did have to stay overnight, after I approved the services. I do like their virtual system where you can approve or deny services. I was a bit confuse on one of the services and I called to get an explanation and they explain without hesitation. Fast convenient did not over price

First time visit, had the suspension aligned on my SUV. Now it tracks better than any vehicle I’ve ever driven.
