Great professional auto service.

This is the first time in my life that I’ve had someone else repair my car. I looked up a number of repair shops online and chose Costa Auto Care and Tire to replace the water pump on my 2013 Ford Escape because I didn’t want to buy/own a special timing tool that I’d only use once. Getting a price quote and scheduling an appointment is fairly easy. Their communication is excellent and happens in real time. I made one phone call, provided my car’s VIN number, and then received the quote link via email. Customers can either decline or approve the quote, and then schedule an appointment to drop off the car for service. The rest of the communication took place via text message to track the progress. Their staff, front desk, owners, and mechanics are friendly. I’m deducting one star because the service took longer than it should have. This shop is quite busy, so please be prepared for the possible delays when your repair is not a simple job.

I had a weird noise coming from my car whenever I was driving on the freeway, and it was starting to worry me. I took my car to Costa Auto Care and Tire, and they fixed the issue completely, the noise is gone now. What I appreciate the most is how trustworthy and reliable they are. I’ve been going to them whenever my car needs repairs, and they always take good care of it. Great service, honest people, and highly recommended!

Took supper long and when I got it back Check engine light tuned on and tire pressure light.They also charged me for two inspections.

I got highly recommend by my brother in law Fernando Hernandez. I got a quote for my Dodge Charger 2021 for a 60,000 miles. They responded quickly. The Gentlemen at the front desk very polite. I had to get some work done. I know I got a great deal vs Dealership. Unfortunately my car did have to stay overnight, after I approved the services. I do like their virtual system where you can approve or deny services. I was a bit confuse on one of the services and I called to get an explanation and they explain without hesitation. I will definitely come back to get my other services that I denied and regular oil change. Thank you Costa Auto Care & Tire Team for your services.

Fast convenient did not over price

First time visit, had the suspension aligned on my SUV. Now it tracks better than any vehicle I’ve ever driven.

This is a great shop with truly professional staff. Terrific communication and top quality work.

On Wednesday my low tire inflation light came on for one of my tires.I stopped by Costa and a mechanic immediately inflated all of my tire to factory specs. The next day the light indicator came on again. I stopped by Costa, made an appointment for a few hours later, and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. I was impressed by their professionalism- and they had a nice customer lounge! Thank you Costa!

Costa Auto Care is my go-to spot. I trust them completely. They always give reasonable advice, and don’t recommend stuff you don't need. They do a great job every time. And to top it off, their quoting system is high-tech and modern. It’s all digital, and by-way-of email and text, with options for digital signature from the comfort of your home. I give them two huge thumbs up !!

Nice bunch of guys, quick turnover on services

I appreciate how much Mike and Andrew kept me informed about my vehicle walking me through all the details I didn’t understand and providing me with options they never moved forward with any repairs without my consent, but most importantly these guys are trustworthy And honest I brought my Hyundai accent in for a Cadillac converter and misfire, and costa online appointments made it so easy I was in the next day and they totally took care of me and the problem but still making sure they weretaking their time to be sure I was satisfied I will continue to bring all my vehicles to Costa in the future If needed

Got towed to the shop with an engine overheating problem. Staff were polite and very accommodating. All procedures were fully explained and I was kept updated on the process. I definitely would recommend them.
